AP1000/AP450 Basic Config

I'm having some trouble confuring a couple of AP routers.

I'd like to use them internally for basic bandwidth management for Internet access. Just want to limit the amount of bandwidth for public IP's on my network with Ethernet interfaces only.

Does anyone have a sample config for that? Lucent only gives configs for more elaborate needs and I get a little lost sometimes.
