anyone have the quick edition conversion wizard i can download

i have a quick edition 4621sw that i want to convert to an IP OFFICE IP set.

i saw that i need the conversion wizard, but dont know where to get it.

do i need anything else?

thanks for the files, and obviously im not a QE person......but i must be doing something wrong. i have unziped all the files and renamed them to a .exe file. where is the "conversion wizard" program?

any help would be great.

Do you mean the QE admin password?
Then i have no idea

Did you change the .txt to .exe for both files?
IF not then it won't work, you really need to change the extension for both files.

i did change both to .exe but when i click on them to open....i get a black DOS window that shows for less than a sec and then closes.

in the h.323 zipped folder....i open the file and clicked on the zipped and see the .txt file. im not sure if im setting them up as a .exe right.

how do rename the file to show up as the .exe file?

I use total commander which can change the extension.
Windows itself can not do it this way.
How did you do it?

I am uploading it again as a zip file but now with the txt files converted to exe files.
Try it again in ten minutes.

got it to work with "total commander" as far as converting the files. thanks for that info.

do you know what the password is for the admin login for the quick edition? i have no clue!!!

It is a couple of years ago that i worked with the QE.
