Hi everyone, first time post, hoping you can help me...

I am producing a report in MSTR that will be pulled from a ASP page. I want to avoid creating multiple users in MSTR (users are created automatically in our app, and it would be too much work to tie in the MSTR user creation\deletion to this process).

I would like to create one report and answer a prompt behind the scenes to filter the report based upon the organization the user belongs to.

I'm having trouble figuring out how to anwer an expression prompt - I can't seem to find any examples of how this is done (COM or ASP). Can someone point me in the right direction?

Thanks.

The SDK for Web Developer Guide (7i Product Manuals) has some excellent examples -- both COM and Web -- that will answer your questions. I would start there.
