Got a site using park call shortcode to park calls to their own extension number (dial button feature of *37*, then they hit 139 for instance, 139 being that user)

NOW when they do that, and I just tested it here it appends a 0 to the end of your own extension.

Am i right in assuming you have proggramed a key on the phone.

Is so then it should not be programmed using dial & the short code in the number field,

The behavior is interesting because DT handsets had a dedicated park button that would automaticaly assign a park bay by taking the extn number & adding an additional didgit in exactly this way.

If you increase the dialed digit count so it is 2 more than the no of ext digits & add the following short code

SC 2XXX
TN .
Feature dide call
(assuming extns in are 200-299)

now when the park bay number is dialed the call will be retrieved, far easier then the old *38*N#!
