Alternative options?

We were using Desktop EDI with ASN Plus. We got new computers that are running XP. ASN plus only runs on 98 or below. We used ASN plus to generate EDI shipping labels that are required. Are there other software packages that can do this? We were recommended to replace both Desktop EDI and ASN Plus with Merchant Express but it is $7000. We already have Desktop EDI and it runs on XP. Is there a product that will work with it that will let us print our labels?

We're currently almost live with EDISoft Merchant Express. It's a new product, and not as mature as ASNPlus. However, I've sold management on it and bought the product. I think it's a good mid-level solution.

As far as new computers, what I've been doing is F-Disc(ing) new Dells and installing '98 on them. Works for now. BTW, a 1.7Ghz P4 running '98 flies !!!!
