First, the question: How can I find out the version a particular security key is rated for, in order to make sure the customer is on the latest/highest version they are allowed to be on? (sorry that was so poorly worded)

I thought HASPDIAG utility might have that info, but it doesn't.

Why I am asking:

I have a client who was planning on a switching to a new CC processor (god, I get sick of this), until I went to set it up and found out that the setup from in his current version of Aloha appears to support dial up only for this particular provider.

Since his currently processing with online with the bank he's using now, obviously this is a potential deal breaker. He would like better rates, but not at the expense of using dial up to process.

We know this processor is capable of online processing, we're just not sure of which version this became available in Aloha (sorry, I don't remember the name of the people he's switching to at the moment).

It does not sound like he is willing to buy an upgrade just for this reason. So, I told him the best we could do is make sure he is on the most recent executables he's allowed to be on, and then check the setup form for that processor to see if online support was added.

(he's currently on 5.3.1 if that helps.

Thanks in advance.
