Aloha Table Service - custom checkout

I am an end user with a question and hope you can get me pointed in the right direction.

We are a table service restaurant in which the server prints a guest check and the customer takes it to the cashier to pay. Very similar to a Bob Evans / Cracker Barrel type of environment.

When my servers run their checkout it shows the 'total' amount of tips collected by the cashier and owed to them. I would like to provide my servers with the detail by check that breakdowns the tips charged rather than a lump sum. The server does not know which tables left a tip or if they got stiffed.

Any help would be appreciated.

Depends on what version of Aloha you have where the setting is located. Essentially is the same

Old Aloha Manger
Maintenance > Store
Settings > Printing
group > Employee
Checkout Cgf tab

Thanks for the reply. The setting to print non-cash tender detail is already ON.

The challenge is the check becomes 'owned' by the cashier when the guest pays. Then when employees checkout, the detail prints on the cashier checkout, not the server.

The server check out shows the correct total they are owed from each cashier, but not a breakdown by checks for the server. Make more sense what I am looking for?
