Aloha House Accounts

Hi guys,

I recently starting do House Accounts at my establishment, and just received my first payment from a patron who has a house account here. However, I can't credit his House account because my BOH security level (Admin) won't let me access the "Post to House Account" function. When I try to assign this function in "Back Office Security Levels Maintence", I get the message "Current User cannot assign this security level". How can I get around this?

Someone with a higher security level than you has to do. Could be another manager or your dealer will have to do it for you.

Actually, I think this has always been a problem with Aloha. Any level other than Super User will get that error.

you can only assign priviliges in the BOH security that you have yourself. So the only way is to ask the dealer to give you a higher level.
