Aloha - Delete open check

One of my sites had a trainee who was supposed to be clocked in as such, clock in as a server instead. She was practicing ringing in items and ended up firing $200 worth of food.
Is there any way to make that disappear without voiding or some other comp??
NCR help desk wasn't much help, big surprise there.

Any help would be appreciated.

Sorry to tell you, but no. You will need to void or comp since it was not done in training mode

Hi,
I'm not familiar with Aloha but can you not apply like 100% discount if the food was made and put it down as Training/Waste or if the food was not made just Void and again Training/Waste

You can, but the Gross sales number will still be there. If you are using Aloha for inventory control through the product mix then how its voided is a consideration. Otherwise, a viod is a void, no payments applied and balance of check brought to 0
