Good morning,

Does anyone know if on the Mitel 3300 you can configure the system to allow certain calls.

For example we have a CEO with a secretary who receives the CEO's calls, however he would like to allow certain numbers to go straight to his phone.

I've never heard of this being something you can configure on the Mitel 3300.

Thanks

Andy

Me neither. I thing the only way to achieve that would be with a CIS/CCM.

If you have a nupoint you can route calls by ANI digits

With just the 3300, not so much.

The only way is with NuPoint or MiContact Center IVR for external calls. Internally you could block people from calling his extension by using tenants
