Allowing/Blocking access by IP address

Hi all,

I'm a newbie on the Apache HTTP server, I was just wondering if its possible to only allow access to web site by IP address? If so can anyone show me how to do it

I'm running Apache HTTP server 2.0.44 on Win2k
