All edit/new options gone

Hi ,
I have kind of a strange one. I opened an existing crystal report, but options aren't available. Select expert, database expert, new formualas, edit formualas, etc are all greyed out, but if I create a new report the options are there.
Any one have any ideas on how to get edit/new options back in my existing reports?

What is your Operating System? I'm wondering if the report was write protected. When you open the report, browse to the directory where it is stored and right click on it. You should be able to see if a write protected box was checked.
