The number is just an example but the outbound is always showing blocked?

I know how to do it for IP Office but it doesn't seem to work on ALchemy.

Any help would be much appreciated.

Thanks for your help, is it important that it is a capital S?

I will speak to BT and see the quantity of Digits being used on the exchange and I will let you know the outcome.

You don't need to fight with BT to find that out. Look at the ISDN packets in the traces - that will tell you.

I have always wished that my computer would be as easy to use as my telephone.

id say 6 digits at an educated guess.

can you present any other DDI?

if not, you dont have CLOP on the line and cant maniuplate your numbers on the circuit.

by default, BT dont have this on, you have to request it and its normally chargable.
