When I click my cursor on the airport icon on top of the apple menu, it shows that there are two other routers on that list with locks to the right of them. Are they people who are using my wireless router for the internet? How do I kick them off it?

They are other routers with passwords you don't know. Unless you are an the same channel, they have no effect on you.

In the USA, only use channels 1, 6 or 11; so for example, if you are on 1 and they are on 6 or 11, there is no interference with you.

I tried to remain child-like, all I acheived was childish.

If your wireless router has a password that only you know, no-one else could be using it.

As Jimbo says, you are seeing other wireless routers that you do not have the passfords to access.
