I'm having a 16 port module installed soon and was wondering one they setup my ports is it complicated to add phones to the system? Or do you just plug em in and they take an extension?

Adding a Module, are phones complicated?

Once the station module is installed, you will be able to add up to 16 stations (extensions) as long as you have the wiring available to the necessary ports/outlets.
When you plug in a new phone, it will already have an DN (Directory Number,) or extension, and you can keep that one, or change it will the "Change DN" feature in the **config menu.
You can also ask your installer (phone guy) to set the extentions to whatever you want in advance. --
