We are rearranging offices.
When we plug the phone back in to the Network we do not have POE.
Is it possible that Network has programmed security on the port?

802.3af/at (i.e. PoE) is established way before any security protocols would kick in. Are you sure that the network switch is actually configured for PoE or has enough capacity to provide PoE to all of the required ports?

Good Afternoon
The 9641 phones were working prior to the Moves.
The thought was that maybe Network has Port Security set if you unplug from the Port it is no longer Active.

sounds to me like he used a different network data port from a non poe data switch
