Hi Everyone,

I have a need to share files with 3rd parties, these parties do not work for my organisation. The data to be shared is going to be personal sensitive data and as such, I have to host the data and allow certain 3rd parties to view it. Essentially, I need a solution that is similar to dropbox. I was thinking of having a file server and using AD LDS to create and maintain the accounts of 3rd parties. However, I am stuck. I was going to secure the folder structure using NTFS permissions but accounts from the internal AD and from the LDS would need to access these folders - is this possible? Can you add accounts from both sources into a folder ACL?

I could use windows based open source file server software that can read both directorys, but cant seem to find one. I dont know about Linux (apparantly this is easy on Ubuntu!?).

Does anyone have any great ideas on how to resolve the above or a totally new idea on how to solve this problem?
Thanks!!!
