I am running ACT! 9.0 SE with Outlook on an XP Pro machine. When I attempt to load ACT!, an hour glass pops up for a second, but nothing happens. I have run anti-virus and adaware, run all the updates for Windows (It wants to install an update for Server Express, but that is not even loaded on this machine) and done several re-boots. I have even done a complete unistall and re-install. Same result. ACT! is running fine on all of the other computers. Anybody have any ideas?
