ACD Path Unavailable internal calls routing to VM problem

Hi Team,

I have an ACD Path 1111 "Path Unavailable Answer Point" going to voicemail HG pilot 1234.

When all Agents are logged out of the ACD group 1111, EXTERNAL callers to the ACD group 1111 go to voicemail box 1111, but INTERNAL callers go to the beginning of the voicemail system(no mailbox identifed) and not to mailbox 1111.

Any suggestions on how to get internal calls to ACD group 1111 voicemail box 1111 when no agents are logged in?

Thank you, this worked perfectly(faq1329-6963).

I saw threads similar to this but wanted to be sure that there wasn't something I was doing wrong in the ACD Path Assigment form.

I test throughly and swear that External and Internal calls routed to VM successfully using the VM pilot in the past......

Maybe an upgrade "fixed" it.

I've had youe issue in the past and I can't remember exactly the circumstances that control how the ACD queue identifies itself to the VM. This goes back at least as far as rel 7.0
