Here is the situation. The leads in my call center need their ACD phones to be wireless so they may move around the call center. They also need to be able to answer the calls remotely. We have the 3905 ACD phones and as you know they do not have a handset cradle with a hookflash. This makes it impossible to use the wireless headsets with the cradle lifter accessory. I have also considered setting the phones to auto answer but in this scenario the leads will not know when a call is delivered to their headset.

I dont have enough 3904 phones to substitute for the 3905's and getting approval to purchase 3904's might not be an option.

Anyone ran into this and have a solution.

Thanks for the help in advance.

well replacing the 3905s with 3904s with wireless headsets is probably going to be cheaper than buying a bunch of nortel cordless phones.

You DO have a hook flash on the 3905! There is a plastic piece covering it. The seam is along the back of the phone above the HOLD/GOODBYE keys. This way you only need to buy handsets!
