Hello, when I browse to the account tab, is the lockout option always greyed out unless they are legitimately locked out? Instead of disabling an account, could I just check this box, or is it indeed always greyed out unless they are legitimately locked out?

It is always greyed out unless the account is locked out.

It is also impossible to manually "lock out" an account. You should just disable the account if need be.

Ok, its early..

thank god its the way I had assumed since I thought I was going buggy, it will be indeed greyed out and unchecked unless a legitimate account lockout occurs.

My query was reporting the wrong thing and I went into one of those things where you thought you knew it but had to be sure! :)

Have a good day!

Thanks astaylor for the reply however! :D
