We have configured Avaya CM with Cisco Call Manager using H.323 IP trunks. We are not able to access the Cisco Directory (feature allows to search for the extension of another user) from Avaya CM.
Cisco directory held in the Cisco Call Manager. Avaya Communication Manager (rel 4) and Cisco Call Manager (r 5.2) are configured by using H323 IP trunks. Is it possible to access Cisco Directory from Avaya.
