Access Report Control display Form Variable 2

I have a report with a text control on it currently set to display the date ( =Date() ). I was wondering how I can replace that with information entered into a field on my form.

Example: I have a form with two fields labeled StartDate & EndDate. On my report, I want to subsitute the =Date() with the user-input information in the StartDate and EndDate fields on the form.

Is there a specific way to do this? Any help is appreciated!

=[Forms]![FormWithTwoFields]![StartDate]

This works. Thank you! If I want to add the End Date with that, would it be:

=[Forms]![FormWithTwoFields]![StartDate]![EndDate]
