I have a 3 year old database in Access 2003 that in the last two weeks stopped printing the subform on a form.

Two of us of have looked at the form, adjusted the size, reset the margins but have not figured it out.

Yes I know it would be better to print a report but with multiple users of varying degrees of computer literacy that is not always followed.

Thanks in advance for any suggestions.

I never print forms and I'm not sure why users couldn't be trained to click a [Print Report] button.

However, controls have a Display When property that should be set to "Always". This might be set to "Screen Only"
