Hi friends !
I read a post (thread690-1689827) here and need a help about similar something.
I set up a skill to 20s as acceptable time and would like to configure a calculation on CMS (custom report) to ignore some abncallx.
Só, I did the following:
100 * (sum(ACCEPTABLE) / sum(ABNCALLS5 + ABNCALLS6 + ABNCALLS7 + ABNCALLS8 + ABNCALLS9 + ABNCALLS10) + (acdcalls))
To test, I setup just that calculation and acceptble field on custom report and tried to run that.
I got the following error message:
THE COLUMN MUST BE IN THE "GROUP BY" LIST.

I am using the CMS 16.3 and the skill has the following configuration (Commands, Call Center Administration, Split/Skill Call Profile Setup):
Acceptable Service Leval: 20
INC 1 - 0 to 5
INC 2 - 5 to 10
INC 3 - 10 to 15
INC 4 - 15 to 20
INC 5 - 20 to 30
INC 6 - 30 to 40
INC 7 - 40 to 50
INC 8 - 50 to 60
INC 8 - 60 to 70
INC 10 - 70 and above

Does anybody help me ?

Thanks a lot, in advance !

Claudio.
