AAR Routing

Can you advise/tell me what I have to do to convert from 5-digit dialing to 7-digit dialing on an Avaya Switch? I have version 11. I am not sure what screens have to be addressed or where to find the documented instructions.

Are you looking to convert a single switch to 7-digit dialing or a network of switches to 7-digit dialing?

Make sure u check to see the effects of the change will be in your voice mail system. Many persons have mixed dial plans(different # of digits of extensions)in the pbx, but don't realize that many voice mail systems don't support this. U didn't mention doing mixed dial plans, but I thought that I would mention it from my own painful experience.
