IE for a user to dial-in, access their mailbox and turn forwarding on and off?

Or must they do it from their phone? I know an admin can from Manager, but would like to put the onus on the users.

You can do this with VM Pro using a Play configuration menu :)

I read that and am a little confused, I created a new Module and named it Remote Forward. Created a start point which connects to a Menu with touchtone set to $ and that is linked to Generic that has CP0:$KEY configured under 'Specific . Generic "free fomrat" command which is then linked to Play Configuration Menu.

Is that correct?

Now on the users fill in a voicemail code so they can access the module.

What do you get when you test it?

Bas1234, users have a voicemail code already.

amriddle01, Nada yet, I haven't tested it. But I already have my main attend setup with a $ key to allow users to get VM remotely. When I dial in and press 999 and enter my information it just takes me to VM menu and lets me check messages and change personal greetings.

You could just add this in as an option off your existing call flow, so 1 to get messages 2 for greetings or 3 for configuration options :)

So after my '999' on my main greeting menu it goes directly to 'Get Mail.' You are saying I could change that behavior to say a menu, which would allow you to press 1 for VM and 2 for configuration options?

I tried to do that but I can't get the 'Play configuration Menu' to play.

Main Attend > 999 > Menu
> 1 > Get Mail (works)
> 2 > generic CP0:$KEY > Play Configuration Menu (doesn't work)

Make sense?

after option 2 put another menu add a $ and point that to the Play Conf.

Do I need the 'Generic' item then? Or just skip that altogether and go directly to Play Conf?

999 > Menu
> 1 > Get Mail
> 2 > Meny $ > Play Conf
OR
> 2 > Menu $ > Generic CP0:$KEY > Play Conf

> 2 > Menu $ > Generic CP0:$KEY > Play Conf

I can't seem to get it to work. Menu works and Get Mail works but Play Configuration Menu doesn't work. Just dead air after I press '2'.

Try setting the $CP0 as Kyle has in his example, may make a difference :)

I do like nice straight uncrossed lines aldo in my call flows, no need for it really, but I spend ages doing it when someone else has just shot one together :)
