Is there a way to route or divert incoming calls - lets say from a specific external caller ID number 12345678 (A-number) to a specific extension, like 9876?
I have BC10NA129/R1A.

Not that I know of. You can use scriptmanager and do it trough call controll. I gues it will be expensiv.
