a GRUB problem - how can I delete it?

Hello,
I have a hard disk with WIN XP and Red-hat on seperate partitions of course. I've just deleted all the linux partitions (with "Partition magic&quot, then I can't upload the WIN XP . After the reboot, it recognize all the devices, then writing "GRUB", then halt...

How can I fix it, or delete this GRUB?

Boot from the XP CD and reinstall the boot loader??

the old method was to somehow get into windows, get a dos prompt and fdisk /mbr. This might still work.
If you have a windoze boot diskette, it probably has fdisk on it.
