a dumb Accpac Question

Hi -

I am trying to help a company who has about 5 years of data in their Accpac Advantage system. They would like to archive 3 years of old data saving only one full year plus their current year.

Could someone point me in the right directions as to where I would find step-by-step procedures on how to archive data?

PS I am looking at Period End Processing...Is this the right thing ?

The user guide has information regarding what is cleared in period end processing. If you don't have the printed manuals, look for the online manuals in start programs accpac readmes they are optional to install when the programs are loaded, but most times consultants load them.
