9608G Release 6.6401 Audio Delay 1

Hi,

I have a strange issue at one of my customer site and i hope someone could help me out

They have an Ipoffice 9.1 sp 4
with 9608G showing as Application file S9608_11HALBR6_6_0_29_V474
I understand they are release 6.6.0

We added 3 9608G showing Release 6.6401

I wonder what is the difference be twin those 2?

The 6.6401 have a issue when they call internal there is a 2 or 3 sec audio lost.
Basically they wont hear the: hello,blab

it is just on the 6.6401 and only internal issue.
im not sure where to look..

both extension direct audio path is unselect

The firmware on the phones should match the system.
Strange things happen if they don't match.
S9608_11HALBR6_6_0_29_V474 is the right version for your system.
I'm not sure if the 9608G will downgrade.
If you upgrade the system to the latest release.
This will update all the phones.

Well you are right and for info,
it not possible to downgrade the firmware under 6.6.2.29 to 6.6.0.29 so i need to upgrade the ipo to SP 12
