I am working on an issue that I am having. Recently they changed to a new LCR provider and ever since then they have been experiencing a 6-7 second delay befor the call rings when dialling out. I checked the ARS table and the maximum numbers that were allowed on outgoing numbers was 11 I changed this to 15 to compensate for the 4 LCR digits 1840. This has not fixed the issue. I have made test calls by taking the LCR digits out of the route pattern but they are still getting the delay. When they dial using the TAC or press # at the end of the dialled digits the call rings right away. So I am thinking it must be something to do with the switch but I cannot think what.
