We recently started using our Mitel 5330s in SIP mode after having replaced our 3300 with a different solution. Previously we had the DECT wireless headsets synced in when the phones were in Mitel mode. The headsets would still function as expected in SIP mode, however fter having to reset some of the phones to default settings the wireless headsets were no longer synced and would not function. I am attempting to try and get the headsets re-synced but unable to do so in SIP mode and can't find any instructions that might be helpful. If we change the phone back to Mitel mode it of course won't boot all the way to get to the menu to sync the headsets.

Anyone have any idea on how to sync them without booting the phones fully to Mitel mode?

I only know how to do it from the phone in Mitel mode.

I'd tell you a UDP joke but I'm afraid you won't get it. TCP jokes are the best because you always get them.

As during the pairing procedure the phone needs confirmation and this is only implemented on Minet it won't work in SIP mode.

I figured that might be the case. Thank you for confirming my suspicions.

Server them right for replacing the Mitel.
