515E Strange Connection Timeout with Webserver

After setting up my PIX we noticed that the webserver behind it seemed to only allow a certain number of connections. Even within my own office (connecting outside to datacenter) some could get to it and some could not, yet on another non production webserver with no outside traffic could be served to everyone with no problems. So it seems the Pix is only allowing a certain number of connections per session. Could anyone point me in the right direction here?

There isn't much we could tell you without the configuration. Try to run syslogs and determine the reason of this behavior.
