I am sure this is just user error, but I have a problem with menus in VMPro. This seems to only be in the Still Queued start points. What I'm trying to do is have a call flow like this:
Call comes in and is given a prompt:
1 - Speak to Tech Support
2 - Obtain a key code
3 - Leave a VM
4 - Hidden prompt for internal use
then have it drop the call into the queue and then the first queue message:
1 - Continue to hold
2 - Obtain a keycode
3 - Leave a VM
4 - Hidden prompt
from here it will then go into the still queued message:
1 - Continue to hold
2 - Leave a VM
3 - Hidden prompt
The problem is when I get to the menu for the queued or still queued it ignores any keys that are entered and just goes to the time out action. Anyone have any thoughts?
