301 re-directs

can anyone help with 301 redirects on affliate links

I would like to re-direct all links that look like this

http://www.mysite.co.uk/?ref=1&affiliate_banner_id=2

to

http://www.mysite.co.uk/

another problem is that the ref and affiliate_banner_id are not constant

Any help would be apriciated

I don't understand. The location-part of the two URLs is the same. Your example doesn't redirect so much as strip off GET-method input -- and it's not hard at all to get a script to ignore input.
