3 servers one domain

Hey Guys

I have a dedicated server running Svr 2003. I have the system running pretty good.
How do I setup three servers running the same domain? Are there some click-per-click instructions somewhere?

Also is there a way to backup or make an image of the drives. I am currently using remote desktop to connect to it..

Sniper58 - Thank u for your quick reply. I think I did not explain myself fully. I have a website and (Lord willing) I think its going to go viral in a short period of time. So I need to have three servers running to handle the massive amount of simultaneous hits, so in addition to bandwidth - since the site is processing and saving data, I'm going to need more than one server processing data at the same time . I hope I am making sense.
