3.6 Access

Hi All,

It has been a while since I worked on a 3.6 400, I had a problem with getting into the box.It has been patched for the java fix, but when I try to access Callpilot,telephony services it just hangs and the web page eventually times out.

Any Ideas?

Yes I use Java 5.0 issue 17. You can download this from the Java site. Don't use earlier or later versions!.

Tried Several different versions of java, still having same problem.

Also tried to login from several different machines still the same problem.

I have not tried rebooting the BCM yet.This is a 24 hour operation I am trying to find a good time to do this.

I've had this problem twice. One time, a reboot sorted it out, the other time it was the HDD that was duff

Was able to reboot,seemed to fix problem.

It is a good thing these NT boxes are slowly going away.
