Good Morning,

We have five 2000IVS (Local Office), two 2000IVS2 Local Office), and one 2000IPS (Central Office, Admin switch).

SETUP OF OFFICES

-Admin’s 2000IPS has four T1’s connected to Local offices.

-One of those four Offices is connected to another Office through a second T1.

-Another is connected to two other offices through two additional T1’s

-All eight sites (CBLD and then, NEC programmed) operate perfect through CCIS.

QUESTIONS

1. Calls from three sites appear on two lines instead of one?
EX: Extension Dialed
?4523
?4523 2723
All other: ?2321 2723

2. On all sites I do not see calls placed to other extensions on the same switch?

Rob - you will not see internal calls on the same switch. It must be a trunk call for smdr to register.

i would compare all settings for all sites for the two lines of info. just my $.02

Gary

On one site that’s T1'd to another site, then T1'd to our ADMIN (Central, main)site, I can only see direct 4 digit dialing to our other sites, how do I make it so that I can see external calls i.e. (800)555-1234 placed from that site?

Thanks
