2000 vs 5.5

Hi there:
Scenario - - One domain in w2000 native with exchange 2000 in native mode and a second domain running Windows NT 4.0 PDC|BDC's
Routing to each has now been configured but as yet no trust is inplace.
Any ideas how I can get the exchange servers replicating with each other or at least routing to each other and sharing the same Global Address list?

Microsoft has a product MIIS(Microsoft Integrated Indentity Server). The free version can be downloaded from Microsoft to sync between two ADs. The Enterprise version will sync GAL between 5.5 and 2k but can cost$$$$$ per processor.
