Hey guys I was wondering if anyone out there could spread some light on two things I need.

1.) I need my Network (only clients) To autoshutdown say 5pm and boot up at 8:15am is there anyway I can accomplish this? Just booting the computers mind you.. not logging or anything.

and the second...

2.) In the Control Panel there is add new programs, and inside of add new programs, there is a small box that says programs availible to install over the network (its prob. slightly different) how do I make it so that administrators can install programs over the network this way?

Thanks in advance for answering! Sorry for all the questions, I just didn;t want to start 2 threads and take up space.
