We have a server edition in AWS on 11.1.2.1 which seemingly randomly, approx. once per week sees the CPU usage go so high that it says the Utilisation is exhausted and then phones lock up or disconnect, no calls etc.
It's not a particularly large system (40 J series maybe) and this does not necessarily happen at busy times.
I have seen one other thread about CPU usage on 11.1.2.1 but it did not say if SE or IP500
Has anyone else had odd issues on 11.1.2.1?
