100% fragmentation on win2k agent

Hi all,

we have a bizarre agent status on our exchange server. This server has an e drive with only the exchange edb files on it and nothing else and it continues to intermittently read 100% fragmented (critical) in the windows 2000 agent. Raxco perfect disk is installed on the server and says the same drive is only 7% fragmented.

any suggestions!?!?
