I have set up a transfer to VM key F 986. When they use the VMT key they have to dial the extension as opposed to hitting the one touch intercom button for each user that is set up on the phones-Is there a work around for this---Can they use a button for each extension for VMT ?
On the BCM 50 at my customer the caller ID displas as as 10 digit string (xxxxxxxxxx) with no dash ie...xxx-xxx-xxxx is this the only display the BCM 50 offers ?
