Yes i can ping the remote ip office. the routers are on a different range 192.168.1.x.and 192.168.14.x.
at the main site i have an ip route to all remote locations, but at the remote site i dont have one setup for the main site.
i dont know why this wouldnt work, we can call them fine...
We are using MPLS, but when i put in the correct information, i am getting a Bad Router * to program. Not sure why, i am wondering if i need to change something on my firewall or if i need the vendor to change something on the router (we dont manage the routers). I am completely lost at this...
I am trying to set up an ip phone at a remote site, but want this user to be part of a hunt group at our main location. I need help in doing this, i am unable to get the phone to work, not sure what i am doing wrong or not doing. Any information to get me started would be great.
