Can someone help me out with the correct LD to be in and commands for a backup on a Meridian Option 61c? I am powering down my option 61c this weekend and want to run a backup prior to shutting down. Also is there a specific way to power the 61c down or do I just pull the power?

What load is this done in. I tried INV PRT SETS in LD 20 and it didn't work.

Can anyone advise as to the best way to perform a physical phone inventory of my option 61 and option 11's. I need a count of all physical phones and am not sure if this is even possible. Thank you.

Thank you, That worked. Once I chg SUPL n96 I go to LD 97 and it shows up as a phantom. Still does not show as available TN in ld 20 LUVU, Once I build a 500 set with one of the phantom TN's it shows up. WORKED PERFECTLY THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!!!
