Parent httpd cannot be killed
On several of our 4.3.3 (latest patch level) we see very strange behaviour when trying to restart the httpd deamons. The child processes die quite normally, but the parent is still there and will not respond to even a kill -9. A reboot seems the only way to free the port. Anyone seen anything...
