Micros POS RES 5.4 Automatic Credit Card Surcharge.
Hello, Our stores currently uses Micros POS RES 5.4. Has anyone figure out a way to apply Credit Card Surcharges automatically? We currently have a button to add this, but it would be awesome if it would be added automatically when authorizing the purchase. I would really appreciate your...- hugoms

Micros Res POS 5.4 Database ID Error.
So the server reset by itself one time, and when it came back up it was working. Not sure what fixed it. Maybe it took a while for the database to reload, but not sure. Thank you for the advice tho, I'll try that next time.- hugoms

Hello, I'm getting an "DTABASE ID ERR" on my workstation every time I ring a Credit/Debit Card. I have tried setting restaurant as database on control panel, update the host files on the workstations, and reloading the DB but did not work. I have tried rebooting the server.
