    this might sound like a stupid question but.......the TAM-B needs a 24v power supply? Because I only see a 12v power supply for the Pagepac and not the BOGEN, it's possible the previous tenants somehow packed it with their stuff. Thank you

    under the "Specific" tab in the "Check HG Status" I set the "From User\Group Mailbox" set to "Main" Main is our main Voicemail box for the reception desk.
