We have made some progress with this. I can now make and receive calls with the sip device. That issue now is the conference calling. Looks like you were right. We can now dial external numbers with the crestron touchpad. The last issue to deal with is the conference conference calling. We are still having issues when trying to add another phone to a call.- Buckster99
